With backgrounds in Health Science, Environmental Health, Education and Hospitality, our team specialises in Food Safety and HACCP Programs for organisations providing food to the very young, elderly and the sick. This year alone, Infocus has developed and reviewed Food Safety Programs for more than 200 aged care facilities and hospitals throughout VIC, NSW, QLD, TAS, ACT & SA. As our client we will help manage your food related risks by developing and annually reviewing a tailored Food Safety Program that your organisation can readily implement with success and confidence. For those looking to achieve or maintain HACCP Certification, we will closely with you to develop your HACCP Program to meet your company and customer needs and the audit requirements for whichever standard you are seeking certification for (including Codex HACCP, WQA, SQF, Fresh Care, BRC, ISO / FSSC 22000). We will consult with your staff and management to develop food safety policies and procedures to support the effective operation of your food safety program.
Our Food Safety and HACCP Programs are fully tailored and clearly presented. We are readily available to assist managers and supervisors with any food safety-related concerns and to guide them in successful implementation, including facilitating your Food Safety team meetings and undertaking internal audits if required. Our Food Safety and HACCP Programs are supported by Nationally Recognised Training for Food Handlers and Food Safety Supervisors and Managers.
We offer a series of onsite and publicly advertised food safety courses to suit the needs of your food handlers and food safety supervisors, ranging from 1½ hr food hygiene refreshers through to 3 day HACCP courses. With clients in VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT TAS and SA our consultants are often interstate and can coordinate with your organisation to deliver training at your premises.
