Two models have been added to the Thermo Scientific NESLAB ThermoFlex™ range of Recirculating Chillers. The range now extends up to 10000 w cooling capacities at 20oC.
The NESLAB ThermoFlex chiller range is designed to meet customer demands for reliable, easy-to-use chillers that can be configured to the most demanding applications across all industry areas within QA/QC, R&D and production applications.
Each chiller incorporates a new, patented recirculation system with an integrated funnel, full flow filtration, and visual fluid level indication for easy maintenance.
Ease-of-use design innovations include an integrated ramp that allows a single person to unpack a unit, air and water filters that can be changed while the unit is in operation, as well as a quick-start guide that allows the user to be up and running in minutes.
Designed as a modular platform, the ThermoFlex line offers a wide variety of options and cooling capacities (1400W, 2500W, 3500W, 5000W, 7500W and 10000W) that can be configured for diverse applications in markets such as industrial, medical, laser, metrology, packaging, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor processing.
Additional benefits:
• Pressure Relief - Allows for regulation of the chiller’s outlet pressure and is available as an internal or external option.
• Flow Control with Flow Readout - Controls flow to the application and displays on the controller.
• Pressure Relief with Flow Readout - Pressure relief valve allows for regulation of the chiller’s outlet pressure and displays on the controller.
• Auto Refill - Allows for automatic refilling to ensure the proper fluid level is maintained.
• Anti Drainback - Prevents the reservoir from overflowing when a chiller is installed below the application.
• DI Water - Maintains fluid resistivity and is available as an internal or external option.
• Water Cooled Condenser - Uses facility water to remove application heat
• Air Cooled Condenser - Uses ambient temperature room air to remove application heat
