The Glimek Artisan is dough line handles all types of dough with up to 85 per cent water content, making it ideal for making Mediterranean breads such as Ciabatta.

The machine has a capacity of up to 1800 pcs/h and a weight range between 70g to 2300g. Several different options of layouts are available.
