Peacock Bros. has announced the release of its innovative visitor management software, Lobby Track, that they say is the world's number one visitor management and member tracking system.

It allows organisations to compute time and attendance and to track employees and equipment with detailed individual or group logs.

The visitor management functionality includes fast data entry, badge design and badge printing.

With centralised management, online, self registration and reporting components, Lobby Track is an easily deployable software package that fits across entire organizations.

Unique to Lobby Track is its ability to seamlessly integrate with multiple existing data sources in real-time and maintaining live connections.

There is no need to re-enter or import existing data making setup quick and easy using the pre-designed data entry forms or if you prefer design your own using the drag and drop tools to customize the way your data is presented.

You can use your member management software to track equipment usage by creating reporting codes for each asset and maintain logs of all usage and check-out with unique access control policies for each location, individual and entry time.

A watch list can be included for added security, print and export evacuation reports, configure access control rules, set alerts and messages, log time and attendance with exportable data capabilities, to track activities with customisable charts, group individuals into functional membership groups, link and manage multiple locations.

You can add, delete and modify database information using the integrated database editor, customise data entry forms - create your own or select from one of the included forms, customize logs and reports - use any combination of fields and criteria to produce professional reports, design link to any database, file based, server based, LAN / WAN, or ODBC / OLE DB in real-time.

By toggling between visitors, employees, memberships, contractors or any other database allows security or reception to track anyone in your facility creating logs for each group with detailed charts and reports for each employee, contractor or temporary employee which will integrate seamlessly into your payroll system.

Maintain a watch list of all unwanted visitors and receive instant alerts to any potential security risk.

Included in Lobby Track is ID Flow Card Design software, to make professional photo ID cards and visitor badges. Photos can be captured from any TWAIN / WIA compatible camera.

With the optional Jolly Track scanner you can scan drivers license, ID cards, and passports for fast and reliable data entry or visitors can pre-register online for self-registration with non-disclosure agreement and the card can be collected at reception or from a kiosk when they arrive.

The design features available in ID Flow allows you to create cards and badges that shows your companies individuality using powerful graphics and layout tools to add text graphics, photos, 1D and 2D barcodes, magnetic, stripes, watermarks and much more to the card.

Lobby Track is available in Three Editions, Enterprise, Corporate and Small Business and will work with most ID card printers.
