CoMac of Italy will premiere the next generation of their HS6T Keg washer/filler machine at Drinktec 2009.
The machine offers increased plant outputs of approximately 20 per cent and significant reduction of the overall dimensions of approximately 35 per cent.
Other improvements to the HS6T include:-
· new system which can process different types of kegs without manual intervention for changeover;
· keg loading / unloading system has been simplified, to reduce the maintenance operations required,
thus increasing the operation times and machine reliability;
· the process section has been revised, allowing for a significant reduction on the number of valves;
· the pneumatic section is now concentrated in a single box whose position makes it perfectly visible
and easily accessed for maintenance;
· the machines are equipped with high-efficiency and energy saving motors;
· CoMac manufacture a full range of kegging equipment;
· for microbreweries - a semi-automatic single head or twin head washing/ filling unit
with integrated CIP tanks;
· for medium outputs - in-line five or six head machines;
· fully automatic combination keg de- and re-palletiser;
· flash pasteuriser with inverter controls, keg tilting machine, weighing units, keg leakage control units, ink jet coding station, keg labelling, automatic spear tightening, on-line label printing etc.
