SI Instruments has launched the VCC 1010 vacuum chamber from Belgium’s BCI Testequip to provide non-destructive leak detection system for packaging testing.
According to SI Instruments, the VCC 1010 vacuum chamber is able to preserve the quality of products in fully sealed packaging, with or without modified atmosphere.
The VCC 1010 vacuum chamber is also able to guarantee security of the packaged products.
SI Instruments claimed the VCC consists of a transparent chamber with a pressure measuring system of 200-1000 mBar. The vacuum chamber gives 360 degree visibility, allowing visual pinpointing of any leaks.
The digital controller allows test routines to be pre-programmed and can store data from up to 10,000 tests.
