Total oil recirculation vacuum from Integrity Pumps and Engineer

POMPETRAVAINI Oilsys unit series vacuum pump from Integrity Pumps and Engineer features a total oil recirculation vacuum unit with two attached pumps.

Already being used for poultry evisceration, pasta extrusion and other food processing, the Pompetravaini Oilsys unit series vacuum pump contains mineral oil.

According to from Integrity Pumps and Engineer, the mineral oil is used as a service liquid, enhancing the pump performance and maximising vacuum pressure.

The gas handled by the Pompetravaini Oilsys vacuum pump is discharged with some of the service oil into the special frame which acts as a gas/oil separator and allows separation from the oil of any evacuated condensable.

Unlike rotary vane pumps, the Pompetravaini Oilsys vacuum pump does not require lubrication. Therefore, contamination of oil by condensable or solid particles is not damaging to the unit.
